Terms & Conditions — Vasim Khan Plumber

Welcome to Vasim Khan Plumber & Co. ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the plumbing and maintenance services we provide. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We offer plumbing, pipe-fitting, water-tank cleaning, bathroom installation, and related maintenance services across Madhya Pradesh. Scope of work, materials and pricing are confirmed in writing through a quote or work order before execution.

2. Booking & Quotations

Bookings can be made via our website, phone or in person. Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. A written work order serves as confirmation of the agreed scope, price and timeline.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
A 30% advance may be required for jobs above ₹10,000 to cover material procurement.
Final payment is due upon completion of work, against a GST invoice.
We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer and card payments.

4. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all installation and repair work. The warranty covers defects arising from our workmanship and does not cover damage from misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply separately.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled visit.
Late cancellations may attract a visitation fee of ₹300 to cover travel.
Advance payments for materials already procured are non-refundable but can be adjusted against a future job.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the site, accurate information regarding plumbing layouts, and any approvals required from building societies or local authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Communication Consent

By submitting your details through our forms, you consent to receive communication from Ilgmecare via SMS, email, OBD, Google RCS and WhatsApp for services, offers and updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing us.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images and design — is owned by or licensed to Vasim Khan Plumber & Co. You may not reproduce or republish it without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
